AC Cleaning & Disinfection – 12 Standard Units of Swiss-Standard Care

Every Saniservice visit is not “one cleaning.” It is a sequence of 12 documented steps, each performed with Swiss precision and photographed for proof.

Air Handling Unit (6 steps)

1. Grills and diffusers removed and disinfected (before/after photos)
2. Filters deep-cleaned with 100% eco-biosanitizer (photos)
3. Blower fan dismantled, pressure-washed, and sanitized (photos)
4. Evaporator coil restored with high-pressure washing (photos)
5. Drain tray flushed, cleaned, and disinfected (photos)
6. Condensate line unclogged and treated against biofilm, then unit reassembled (photo of final state)

Duct Network (3 steps)

7. Mechanical brushing of ducts with HEPA-captured extraction
8. Hospital-grade biosanitizer fogging throughout duct system
9. Supply and return duct entries photographed (before/after)

Client Documentation & Validation (3 steps)

10. Before-and-after cooling temperature measurement recorded and reported
11. Component-by-component photographic portfolio (before/after set)
12. Consolidated digital service report with any technical findings highlighted

Optional Premium Validation – 3 Scientific Units

13. Pre-service microbial swab test at key points (lab verified, photo)
