Who is responsible for cleaning ducts?« Back to Previous Page

After the rain last month, I noticed a persistent musty smell coming from the ducts in our living room. We’ve lived here for two years and just noticed this issue. The AC filters are regularly cleaned by the landlord, but what about the inside of the ducts? Are we responsible for having them cleaned, or should it be the landlord’s duty since I’m renting?
