After the heavy rains last month, I noticed water seeping through the ceiling above our guest bedroom. It’s only happened a couple of times, but it’s concerning given how close we are to the creek area. We’ve lived here for two years, and now we’re thinking about doing some maintenance deep to fix any potential issues before they become bigger problems. Should I hire professionals or is there a way to do this ourselves?
