After the heavy rain last month, I noticed a lot of water damage in the common area near my bedroom. The landlord mentioned they clean it up regularly but I’m not sure if that means he cleans everything or just the obvious spots. Given our experience with mold growth in other parts of the building, I’m concerned about whether the common areas are being thoroughly cleaned and maintained to prevent any health issues for tenants like me and my family. Do you have any advice on how I can find out more about the cleaning practices in place?
