After the recent construction work started next door, I’ve noticed a constant cloud of dust lingering around our balcony, making it hard to even open the windows without triggering my allergies. The dust has spread so far that it’s settling on everything in the living room, and my husband says he can feel small particles in his throat when we walk through. Given how close we are to the work site, is this something I can manage myself, or should we consider professional help?
