Should damp smell from AC concern me?« Back to Previous Page

After the rain last month, I noticed a damp smell lingering in the living room, especially when the air conditioner kicks on. It's gotten to the point where it’s hard not to notice, and my family is starting to complain about sneezing more often too. The rental agreement isn’t very clear about who is responsible for duct cleaning. Should I be concerned, or is this something usually handled by the landlord?
