After the heavy rains last month, I noticed a persistent dampness and mold growing on the ceiling of my bedroom. It’s particularly concerning because my kids have started to get frequent coughs and colds lately. The AC seems to cycle on and off more often than usual too. How urgent is it for me to address this issue right away, or can we wait until spring?
