After the heavy rains we experienced last month, I noticed a persistent damp smell in the hallway near the ducts. My kids have been complaining of coughing fits especially at night, and my wife has mentioned feeling dizzy sometimes too. Could this be related to mold or dust in our ducts? What steps should we take to get them cleaned properly?
