Who cleans after dust storms?« Back to Previous Page

After the dust storm last week, I noticed a layer of fine sand settling on everything in the living room windowsills and even my bedroom dresser. The AC unit outside also looked caked with dirt. Who is responsible for cleaning these areas? Is it part of the maintenance duties or do I need to take care of it myself?
