After the heavy dust storm we had a few weeks ago, I noticed some unusual noise coming from the vents in the living room. It’s not something that was there before, and it sounds like something is moving inside them. The AC in my apartment seems to work harder than usual too. Have any of you dealt with cleaning ducts in a rental property? Who typically handles this responsibility—landlord or tenant?
