After the heavy rains last month, I noticed a mildew growth on the ceiling of our shared laundry room. The smell is quite unpleasant and it's starting to seep into my bedroom. My neighbors seem too preoccupied with their own issues to address this properly. Can someone advise if this is something I can tackle myself or if we need to get professional help?
