After the rain last month, I noticed a persistent damp smell coming from the hallway near the air conditioning unit. My roommates and I have been trying to figure out what’s causing it, but we’re unsure if it’s our responsibility or something the landlord should handle. We’ve lived here for two years, and just this week, my kids started coughing more than usual. Could cleaning the ducts be the issue, and is it something I can do myself?
