Since we moved into our new apartment building three months ago, I’ve noticed a persistent musty odor coming from the ducts in my bedroom. The air feels stale even with the AC running constantly. My kids have been complaining of itchy eyes and coughing more frequently since moving in. Could this be due to mold or dust build-up in the ductwork? What should I do about getting it cleaned?
