After the heavy rains last month, I noticed a musty smell coming from my bedroom. The condensation on the windows was particularly bad, and when I checked the HVAC system, it looked like there might be some mold buildup in the air ducts. Given that we’ve lived here for 2 years and just noticed this, how often should I clean the coils to prevent such issues?
