After the rain last month, I noticed a layer of fine dust settling on my furniture in the living room. It’s particularly noticeable on the windowsills and seems to come from somewhere above our unit. My landlord hasn’t mentioned anything about ongoing construction or cleaning, but it feels like something we should address. Could this be a tenant's responsibility to report, or is there an expected maintenance process I’m unaware of?
