After the heavy rains last month, I noticed water seeping into the kitchen tile near the fridge. It's causing a mildewed smell that lingers even after cleaning. The landlord hasn't addressed it yet, but I'm unsure if it’s my responsibility to clean around it or if I should bring it up with him. Should I address this issue directly with my landlord or is it something I should handle on my own?
