After the rain last month, I noticed a strange damp odor lingering in the hallway of our apartment, especially when the air conditioning is on. My daughter has had persistent coughing fits lately, and my son complains of itchy eyes. Given that we have an older building, I'm worried about mold or other allergens getting trapped in the ductwork. Has anyone else experienced similar issues, or should I consider having our ducts cleaned?
