Since we moved into our new apartment in Dubai last summer, my kids have been complaining of itchy eyes and sneezing fits every time we turn on the air conditioning. This past weekend, I noticed a thick layer of dust in some of the vents near their room. Given these observations, should I consider having the ducts cleaned?
