After the rain last month, I noticed a persistent damp smell coming from the air vents in our office space on the fourth floor of the business park. My colleagues also mentioned feeling more congested lately. Given that we’ve been here for two years and this is only now happening, I’m suspecting there might be an issue with the ductwork. Should I hire a professional to inspect it or could this be fixed by just cleaning the vents?
