After the rain last month, I noticed a strange damp smell in my bedroom, even though it’s on the second floor. The AC filters haven’t seemed very dirty to me, but I’m starting to wonder if there might be an issue with how moisture is being handled in this apartment. Is it usual for tenants to be responsible for fixing such issues, or should I speak to the landlord about it?
