AC Cleaning and Disinfection Services

We are the only company in the UAE that does extensive cleaning and disinfection of your AC system, where we actually disassemble your AC units to clean and disinfect each part of your system.  From the condenser coils to the blower, the ducts, the drainage trays and drainage pipes.  We provide AC Cleaning services for residences in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.  This service is available all over the UAE.

Free AC Inspection

For AC Cleaning and Disinfection – Inspection for AC Cleaning is Free of Cost for clients within Dubai.    However, for returning clients or clients who have previously taken the AC Cleaning service, we do not require any inspection, except when there was a significant alteration in the AC system of the customer.  Example, the customer added a new AC unit, or the client has made changes to the ducting, or even created a new living space.  In these cases, we need to do an inspeciton of the clients AC system again.  Additionally, if the locaiton of the client is outside Dubai, there might be a cost involved depending on the location of the clients property.

What happens before an AC Cleaning Service

Saniservice endeavors to clean and disinfect your whole AC system.  This includes your AC Coils, the ducts, the vents, the drainage pipes, the drainage trays and the blower.  In order for us to do a comprehensive cleaning, we first need to understand the configuration and condition of your system.  Therefore, we usually offer a free inspection to our new clients first.  The free inspection is performed by a senior sales and a technician, who will come to your home to check your AC system.  This process usually takes at least 40 minutes, at minimum depending on the number of your AC units.  We will then submit a full inspection report for you on the same day.  This will include the photos and the information on the condition of your AC units, plus the quotation on how much it will cost to do the full AC cleaning and disinfection.

There are situations where we will need to create an access to your AC system.  This is done by boring a specified hole on the ceiling and installing an access panel which we will fabricate for you.  This is important in cases where we can not reach certain ducts or the AC system itself. In these cases, we will inform you about this requirement, and include the cost in the quotation.

We provide AC Cleaning services in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.  This service is available all over the UAE.

Booking an AC Cleaning Service

For new customer:  To book an AC cleaning service, simply contact our FrontDesk at 04 321 5505 through Phones or Whatsapp.  We usually recommend to perform a free AC inspection first so we can check the configuration and state of your AC system.  

For existing customer:  If you are an existing Saniservice customer, you may contact the Client Relationship Manager assigned to you, or simply contact our frontdesk at 04 321 5505 through phone or whatsapp.  If you are still living in the same property, we can book the service for you straight away.  If you are in a new property, we will need to perform a free inspection for you before we can tell you the cost of the service.

Do I need to be outside during an AC service?

We usually recommend the customer vacate the area during an AC service.  Our AC cleaning and disinfection service usually lasts the whole day, with a minimum 5 to 6 technicians.  We also have several machines that can produce a lot of noise.  Therefore, it could be an inconvenience to you if you are staying in the facility during the service.  Hence we recommend that you leave your home during a service.   

How long does an AC Cleaning service last?

An AC cleaning and disinfection service usually takes a full day from 8am to 5pm!  We usually send 5 to 6 technicians who will perform the full ac cleaning and disinfection.  

What chemicals do you use for AC Cleaning and disinfection

Saniservice is an advocate of a chemical-free indoor environment, hence we strive to use only the most eco-friendly bio-sanitizers available.  We use a Swiss patented bio-sanitizer that is safe for humans and pets.

I have Pets, is it safe to leave them at home during an AC service?

I have a lot of valuables and expensive furnitures, will they be safe during an AC cleaning service?

At Saniservice, we go to great lengths in ensuring that our technicians are trained in dealing with your valuables.  We have very strict protocols in dealing with furnitures and even antiques, artworks and items of precious metals.  Even from the inspection stage, we already identify and assess your space to determine the best way to protect and treat them during our AC Cleaning service.

QD service

The quarterly AC Disinfection service for homes and residences, which is only available for our sanihome clients– We call it “QD”. It focuses on disinfection of the primary source of indoor air

  • This small service is specifically designed for the regular disinfection of air conditioning systems.
  • It focuses on maintaining air quality by eliminating dust, allergens, and bacteria that can accumulate in the AC units over time.
  • Typically performed every three months, this service ensures that your AC operates efficiently and provides clean air.

QD service Procedure

The process of the AC Quarterly Disinfection Service (QD) typically involves the following steps:

  • Cleaning of air filters with pressure water
  • External wiping of the grills
  • Checking the coils, drain trays and ducts (wherever accessible)

METHODS
1. PREPARATION
The team will do the necessary preparations for the sanitization service
-The systematic unloading of equipment
-Moving and safekeeping of valuable/sensitive furniture
-Covering of furniture, paintings, curtains, and floors where required
2. CLEANING
The sanitization process starts with sanitizing filters, grills and drainage trays where accessible.
3. DISINFECTION
Using our 100% chemical-free bio sanitizer, we disinfect the air in all areas by using state-of-the art fogging machine that mists our bio sanitizer.
4. WORK COMPLETION REPORT
Within 24 to 48 hours following the completion of our service, a detailed report will be sent, including:
– Status of unit and duct conditions where visual observation is possible
– Recommendations of any component that needs repair or technical maintenance.
– Random follow-up for service quality assessment and feedback to make sure the client is satisfied with the service.

– Any kind of Unit and Duct cleaning
– Lab testing of air/potable water and submission of reports
– Any kind of fees/levies of govt authorities
– Any other works other than the scope of work mention in this Contract
