After the rain last month, I noticed a strange damp smell lingering in the living room near the ducts. The AC in my apartment seems to be working overtime too, even when it’s not that hot outside. Given we’ve lived here for 2 years and just noticed this, should I consider having the ducts cleaned professionally?
