After the heavy rains last month, I noticed a lot of water damage in the storage area next to my room. The walls are starting to show signs of mold, and the smell is quite unpleasant. Should I be concerned about this and do you think it's within my rights as a tenant to ask for the landlord to clean up this warehouse space?
