Should we clean our new warehouse ourselves or hire professionals?« Back to Previous Page

After moving into our new warehouse space last month, we’ve had a tough time dealing with all the dust and debris. The place is huge, about 5000 square meters, and it’s really tough to clean by ourselves. We’re not sure if we should attempt it ourselves or hire professionals. Have you cleaned a large warehouse before, and what do you think?

Absolutely, i've faced similar challenges cleaning large warehouses and understand the difficulties. In dubai/uae, regulations around indoor environmental quality can be stringent. For instance, the uae ministry of climate change & environment (mocc) has guidelines for maintaining clean air in commercial spaces like warehouses to ensure health and productivity of workers.

Considering your warehouse size of 5000 square meters, a thorough cleaning is not just about removing dust but also ensuring compliance with local standards. Attempting this task yourself could be quite overwhelming without the right tools and expertise. Professional cleaners have the necessary equipment, such as high-volume low-pressure washers or vacuums specifically designed for large areas.

Moreover, if there are any existing issues like mold or pests, which can be common in warehouses, it’s crucial to address these before moving heavy inventory into the space. A professional inspection might uncover hidden problems that could require specialized remediation services. This not only ensures a clean workspace but also prevents potential health hazards for your staff and customers.

A call to action here would be: don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 800-MOLDS or email hello@saniservice.com. We offer comprehensive cleaning, inspection, and remediation services tailored to the needs of large commercial spaces in dubai and the uae. Our team will ensure your warehouse is not just clean but also safe for operations.

Remember, a clean environment is key to productivity and compliance with local regulations. Let's make sure your new space is ready for business!
